Privacy Policy
What we collect when you order from Evomed Healthcare, why we hold it, and what we will never do with it.
We collect only what is needed to take an order and get it to your door. At checkout that means your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you choose to give one, an email address. Your mobile number is the number our delivery partner will call, so please give one that is reachable during the day.
If you pay by bank transfer, you will be asked to upload a screenshot or photograph of the transfer receipt. That image is stored securely, is visible only to the staff who confirm payments, and is used for one purpose: verifying that your payment arrived before we dispatch your order. It is never published, never attached to marketing, and never shared beyond that check.
We do not sell, rent or trade customer data. We share your details with a courier only to the extent needed to deliver your parcel — name, address and phone number — and with a bank only where a payment has to be traced or refunded. Nothing else leaves us.
We do not store card numbers. Evomed Healthcare accepts cash on delivery and bank transfer only, so no card details pass through this website at any point.
Order records, including delivery addresses and payment confirmations, are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and for handling any later claim about that order. Where the law requires records to be retained for a fixed period, we retain them for that period and no longer.
This site uses cookies to keep your basket working between pages and to understand which pages people find useful. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the basket will stop remembering your items if you do.

If this policy changes we will publish the new version on this page. Continuing to order from us after a change means you accept the version published here at the time of your order.
