Before you write
I am writing about an order. What should I include?
Your order number and the mobile number the order was placed under. If you are raising a damage or wrong-item claim, attach clear photographs of the item, the batch and expiry printing, and the outer parcel — that usually lets us settle it on the first message.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and the Islamabad–Rawalpindi region. If your address sits outside those areas, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Can I visit one of your offices?
Peshawar and Islamabad are working offices rather than retail counters, so please call before visiting and we will make sure someone is there to see you.
Can you tell me whether a product is right for my child?
We can explain what is in a product, which stage of formula matches an age, and how a product is meant to be used. Whether a particular product is right for your child, your pregnancy or your condition is a question for your doctor, and we will always say so.
